Breaking Down S.M.A.R.T

Specific (S): Your goal should be clear.

You aren’t just trying to get stronger, but lift 300 pounds in the deadlift. Specific goals have meaning. measure viking Measurable (M): How will you track your progress?

Set a goal you can measure, like save $200 every month or lose one pound of fat per week. Time-bound (T): Achieve this goal by the end of the next quarter.

SMART Goal: By the end of the next quarter, our company will achieve a 20% increase in monthly sales compared to the current quarter, by improving our marketing strategies and expanding our customer outreach.

SMART Goal: In 6 months, I will complete a 10K race to improve my cardiovascular health, by following a structured training plan that starts with shorter distances and gradually increases to 10K.

Relationship S.M.A.R.T Goal: viking couple (1) Specific (S): Improve communication with my partner. Measurable (M): Have weekly in-depth conversations. Achievable (A): Schedule regular times to talk without distractions. Relevant (R): Good communication is key to a healthy relationship. Time-bound (T): Start this practice and continue for the next 3 months.

SMART Goal: For the next 3 months, my partner and I will dedicate time each week to have a deep and undistracted conversation about our week, feelings, and thoughts, to strengthen our communication and understanding of each other.
